Pompano Beach Mobile Locksmith keeps your details only to quote, schedule and invoice the job you asked for; we never sell them or use them for ads. Our owner read and approved every line of it in November 2026.
What we collect
- Calls and texts: the number you reach us from, plus the job details you give.
- The website form: the job, your neighborhood and ZIP, name, phone, message, an optional photo, and an optional answer about how you found us.
- During a visit: the address, your name, the ID or ownership papers we look at (looked at, never copied), the work done and the invoice.
- Site visits: if we count visits at all, it's with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and tallies pages without identifying you. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To answer you, give a price, book the visit, write the invoice and handle any follow-up or warranty question. The form is delivered to our inbox by the Web3Forms service.
Who else may see it
The card processor when you pay by card, and the authorities if the law requires it. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Tax law sets how long invoices stay on file. Anything sent through the form, pictures included, is erased a year after it arrives.
